the Diet will give you further information about the foods you eat
and information about the waves - the stages of the diet plan. Learn
about portion control and how it can help you shed the extra pounds,
just by watching the amount of food you pile onto your plate. This
gives a brief explanation of the plate sizes used in the diet and
how you can measure how much food you should eat at each meal. Since
you are permitted to drink wine with your meals in Wave 2, there is
a wine guide included here as well. Read the success tips to get an
idea of the type of support you will receive from the website during
your diet.
Although there is no exercise plan included in the
Sonoma Diet, if you read the FAQ section of the site, you will
see that the author does recommend that you exercise to help lose
weight faster. This diet is based on incorporating ten power foods

You will also be able to see a sample of the recipes included in the
diet plan. Once you sign up you will find all of these in the Recipe
Index. View a sample menu to get an idea of the types of foods you
can eat in a day. You won't see anything like this in any other
diet.
Along with losing weight and looking good, you will also learn how
to prepare exciting dishes. The foods are suitable for the whole
family, so you don't have to cook something different for yourself
because you are on a diet. The difference is that you can only eat
certain amounts.
